How do I get into a Sharks location?
It’s easy and fully automated. Use your reservation on your phone (click the shark fin icon or go directly to www.sharks.podify.club/reservations) to access the secure door(s) when you arrive
What is your cancellation / refund policy?
10 minute grace period after booking:

What is the guest policy?
For groups of 4 people or less, only the base charge applies. For each additional person over 4, there is a $10 per hour per person charge. If your group size is above the maximum group size selectable within checkout, please email events@sharkspool.club for pricing and details.
What if I only booked my pool table for an hour and I want to stay longer?
No worries, just go back on the site and book more time. We recommend at least two hours!
Do you allow smoking of any kind inside?
NO! It is illegal to smoke indoors in NYC and we do not allow smoking of any kind at Sharks in our spaces - not even vaping. We are very strict about this and will enforce this policy.
I left my session and left my sunglasses inside - now what?
